The Sweepstakes consists of three (31 Entry Periods (each an “Entry Period”1 as outlined in the chart below. Eligible entries that are not selected as winners will carry over to future entry periods.

In the body of the email include your first name, last name, birthdate and phone number. Entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry or which subvert the entry process will be disqualified.  All fully completed Entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules that are not disqualified are considered (“Eligible Entries”1 as applicable and become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.  By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Entries are void.

4. RANDOM DRAWING, AWARDING AND ODDS:  All drawings will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions as the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Potential winner(s1 will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or around the dates indicated in the chart above in Section 2, by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding.  Potential winner will be notified via phone and/or e-mail at the Administrator’s sole discretion, and will be required to confirm his/her address for paperwork delivery. If a potential winner does not confirm his/her address within three (31 days of date of initial contact, the prize will be forfeited and time permitting an alternate potential winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being confirmed the winner.  The potential winner may also be required to provide a photocopy of their driver’s license to verify age, sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release, each of which must be completed, signed and returned within five (51 days from date of issuance, or the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate prize winner. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable or lack of response by potential winner or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and, time permitting, selection of an alternate winner.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.1 that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received in total during each Entry Period.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”1:  Three (31 Loge Prize winners will each receive four (41 seats at a Loge table on the second level of Rogers Place in Edmonton, Canada to an NHL game (“event”1 on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The total ARV of all Loge Winner Prizes is $4,500.00 CAD.

Tickets to the NHL game are within the sole discretion of Sponsor and must be made through Sponsor’s agent. If any or all of the event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, no substitution for the event tickets will be provided. Seating and timing to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets may be subject to Sponsor’s standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting prize, winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket(s1. The Sponsor is not responsible if winner does not use ticket on day of event. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets.

Any costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not specifically mentioned herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose1 in connection with this sweepstakes or any prize. No transfer, assignment or substitution of prize by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or a portion thereof1 for an item of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.  All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only the published number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes.  Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name, city and province/territory of residence, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By entering sweepstakes, entrant agrees to release and hold Sweepstakes Parties harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the sweepstakes or by acceptance or use of the prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto1.

MISCELLANEOUS:  Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP1, website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Sweepstakes Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrant thereby releases Sweepstakes Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.
